From anchoring hardware deployments for HP to serving six years as the sole Onsite IT Specialist for a premier downtown Salt Lake City law firm, my reputation was built on the graceful execution of solutions under intense pressure. In 2015, I was recruited by Oracle to help build their enterprise campus in Lehi, Utah. Serving as a Principal IT Engineer and L2 Escalation Lead for Fusion SaaS Cloud Products, I acted as a Technical Program Manager managing compliance and access for highly restricted Government and Financial accounts. Later, as a Technical Account Manager (TAM), my expertise focused on elite Government and Public Sector accounts, emphasizing SaaS Cloud Priority and Managed Cloud Services built on Oracle Infrastructure.
While managing these critical environments, leading the Events and Activities Committee—alongside my leadership roles for Oracle OWL, OPEN, OPAL, and Oracle Volunteers—was my favorite part of working for a Fortune 100 company. I loved honoring diverse cultures and accommodating unique needs to ensure high-quality engagements were felt equally. Whether orchestrating a Diwali celebration, International Women’s Day, or company milestones, I owned each project as a passion project with deep, intentional effort.
